A 15 minute phone consultation provided as a complimentary introduction for prospective clients. Your time can be used to answer any of your questions prior to setting up your first session. Frequently asked questions often relate to online counseling procedures, confidentiality, insurance, and getting to know each other a bit to see if I am the right person to help you address your counseling goals. At the end of our call, if you're ready to get to work on your goals we will schedule your first session and get you set up with access to your client portal.
